We carefully package each order to ensure your items arrive safely. If something arrives damaged, please email us at hello@rukami.studio with a photo of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with DHL and include a tracking number.

Shipping Within Germany
- Free shipping on orders over €60
- €5 fixed shipping rate for orders under €60
Shipping Within the European Union
- Free shipping on orders over €60
- €7 fixed shipping rate for orders under €60
Shipping Outside the EU
- Shipping costs range from €7 to €30, depending on the destination country
Shipping for Large-Scale Artworks
Pieces longer than 110 cm require special delivery arrangements. After your purchase, we will get in touch to coordinate shipping.
Please note: shipping costs for large pieces are not included in the listed price and will be calculated separately based on size, destination, and carrier.
