Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at hello@rukami.studio.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging
- Include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. fresh or dried flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to ask.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once it’s accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
