FAQ

Where do the workshops take place?

Most workshops are held in Hamburg-Volksdorf, in a calm, inspiring setting right next to the U-Bahn and the Blooming Flower Boutique. This cozy spot is surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful atmosphere for creative work.

Occasionally, I also host sessions in other areas of Hamburg — depending on the group or event. If you’d like to bring a workshop to your space or are looking for something closer to home, just get in touch.

How big are the groups?

Open workshops usually host between 5–10 participants, creating a relaxed, personal setting where everyone gets attention and space to work. For private bookings or events, larger groups can be arranged depending on the format and location.

What’s included in the workshop price?

All materials and tools are provided, so you don’t need to bring anything with you. Each participant will also receive personal guidance and creative support throughout the session — and of course, you’ll take home what you create.

To keep the atmosphere relaxed and cozy, I also provide small snacks and drinks.

For special occasions — like bachelorette parties or birthdays — I’m happy to arrange custom catering, decoration, or themes. Just let me know your wishes when booking, and we’ll shape the experience together.

Are the workshops suitable for beginners?

Yes! Every format is designed to be beginner-friendly. You don’t need any previous experience — just curiosity and the wish to try something with your hands. I’ll guide you through each step and adapt the pace to the group.

Which languages are the workshops held in?

Workshops can be held in German, English or Russian depending on the participants. If you prefer one language or are booking for an international group, just let me know in advance.

Can I book a workshop for a private group?

Absolutely. For groups of 6 or more, I offer custom workshops for:

  • Bachelorette parties
  • Birthdays
  • Team-Building
  • Seasonal gatherings
  • Family sessions (parent + child)
  • Creative evenings with friends

We can tailor the theme, format, and location to your ideas. Just write to me — I’m happy to help shape something special.

Do you offer workshops for kids or families?

Yes! Some formats like dreamcatchers, mosaic, or bath salt making can be adapted for parent + child pairs or kids-only groups (age 8+). If you're not sure which workshop would be best, feel free to ask.

How do I register for a workshop?

Upcoming workshops are announced here and on Instagram. Once the date is confirmed, you’ll be able to sign up via email. If you'd like to be the first to know when new dates are released, you can join the Rukami Circle mailing list.

What is the cancellation policy?

Life happens — if you can’t make it, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling are usually possible up to a certain number of days before the event. The exact policy will be shared when booking.
